Coughs and Colds

The winter is a very busy time for the NHS. If you have a cough, cold or winter virus please do speak to your local pharmacist before booking an appointment with the GP.

Find out more about the services local pharmacists offer here.

Read more about how to treat a cough here.

We encourage our patients to order their repeat prescriptions online. Please ask at reception if you need help registering for our online service.

If you prefer not to order your medication through the website, please tick the items required on the sheet attached to your last prescription then post it, hand it in at reception or fax it to us (020 7924 0710).

We can send your prescription electronically to a pharmacy of your choice for collection.

Prescriptions cannot be ordered by telephone for reasons of safety.

If you would like us to post your prescription back to you please give us a stamped addressed envelope.

48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) notice is required for the preparation of repeat prescriptions.
