Update to Patient Access Website and Apps

The patient access website, android app and apple app have all recently been updated.

If you are aged 18+ then this is the easiest way of booking a GP appointment or ordering your repeat prescription.

Our routine appointments with the GPs and advance nurse practitioner are bookable online. You can see all the appointment times available and pick one that fits into your schedule.

Our on-the-day appointments are also bookable online from 8am, exactly the same time that they are bookable on the phone or at the surgery.

Test Results

If your test was requested by your GP, you can view your test results in the following ways:

  1. If you’re registered for Online services, access your results using the NHS App
  2. If you aren’t registered for Online services, request your test results via Our Online Form
  3. If you are unable to use online services or the online form, you can visit the practice and we can print your results once they have been reviewed by a clinician.

If your test was requested by someone else:

If your test was arranged by your hospital consultant, please contact the clinic or hospital where the test was carried out for the result.

If the consultant’s secretary or colleague inform you they will send the results to your GP, explain that you want the results from the specialist who arranged them who is in the best place to give appropriate advice.

Privacy

We have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only share results with the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release.
